REVIEW OF AMADEUS.NET: TRAVEL PLANNING IS SIMPLY DONE NOW

Planning a trip is a nightmare for me because I really don’t enjoy searching for the cheapest airfares, finding hotels, checking reviews and all that stuff. Picture me like this: I'm sitting on my laptop and have about 100 tabs open.

My nightmare ended when I was told about this brilliant travel planning website called Amadeus.net and I was amazed by its potential, so I wanted to share this with you.

Amadeus.net is a non-transactional site meaning that you cannot purchase anything directly from this site. Instead, the website will help you to plan your travels, find the cheapest flights, and add hotels to your itinerary.

So this is how it went for me as I began to plan my dream destination:

I have always wanted to go to the Hawaiian Islands located in the Pacific Ocean and after countless hours of reading websites and travel blogs, I decided to go to the Island of Hawai’l because of the variety of activities this island offers. Based on my research, I have decided to go in April because the weather is great that time of year and it’s prior to kids getting out of school and families going on holiday.

After searching for flights on Amadeus.net I found a few options that suited my needs since I like to arrive at my location mid-day and not do much other than relax and let the usual jet lag wear off. I typically prefer to start to exploring the day after I arrive following a long journey. 

Currently I am living in Thailand so I plan to fly from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Honolulu International Airport before catching a smaller plane over to Kona Airport on the Island of Hawai’i.

The Island of Hawai'i has so much to offer, including great beaches, crystal clear water, amazing culture and delicious food.

During my holiday there, I want to see and do as much as possible, yet enjoy as much downtime relaxing on the white sand beaches while enjoying drinks with fancy umbrellas! I hear that there are green sand and black sand beaches too and wouldn’t mind catching a few sunsets from either of those amazing locations.

Needless to say, I am very excited to be heading to my dream destination of Hawai'i and only wish I was leaving next week! With the time I have before leaving on this once-in-a-lifetime trip, I will be able to plan, save, and publicly share my travel notes on Amadeus.net.

In addition, I will have the opportunity to hear from others who have visited or who will also soon be heading to the Island of Hawaii.

Overall, my experience with Amadeus.net was lovely and I recommend this website to any traveler who is looking for a non-traditional way of searching for flights and hotels for their next adventure. Amadeus.net also provides recommendations to top cities around the world, and also shares inspiring tips and plans from fellow travelers.
